The teachers of the International Zen Institute have been appointed by Prabhasa Dharma, Zenji or by Jiun Hogen, Roshi. They have different nationalities and they meet every year.

Most teachers give Zen courses and retreats; some of them are, for different reasons, less active.
All propagate the Dharma from the vow to give in abundance to all who are in need of support. You can ask them questions about Zen any time. Questions to Jiun, Roshi can only be asked by e-mail through the secretariat of the IZI in the Netherlands.
National Institutes
The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and America all have national Zen institutes. They support activities and initiatives from the teachers and Zen groups in their own country. On the organizational level they are independent. But in the spirit of the Dharma, the Buddhist teachings, they are one.
