Sanzen is the individual meeting with the roshi for koan practice only. The sanzen procedure is formal and includes ringing the kansho bell and bowing.
Teisho is the lecture of the roshi on the traditional texts or koan from for example the Rinzai-roku and the Mumon-kan. Teisho is open to the public.
