• Whether you want a single bedroom or want to share a double room. If you want a single room, please tell us if you will settle for a double if no single rooms are available.
• Your mode of payment: you can either deposit the fee of the course to giro 4908181 of the Noorder Poort in Wapserveen, or deposit it to our German account (Raiffeisenbank Erkrath, Konto- Nr. 408115019, BLZ: 37069521).
• Whether you want to rent bedclothes (if so, add the fee of 7.50 euro to your payment)
• What languages you speak (especially Dutch, German, English, Spanish).
• If you are new to the Noorder Poort, please tell us something about your experience with meditation.
• If you follow a diet on doctors' prescription, please tell us. All meals are vegetarian.

If there is room, your registration will be confirmed within two weeks.

Ten days before the course you will receive a route description, a list of participants and more information about the course.

Cancellation
If you cancel the course more than a week before the starting date, we charge no fee.

If you cancel the course a week or less before the starting date, we have to charge fifty percent of the course fee unless we find a replacement.

If you cancel the course a day before the starting date, we have to charge the entire course fee, unless we find a replacement.
